LOL! 'disconcerting' is a nice way to put it. It happens to me once in a while and I'd say it scares the $hit out me. It made me visit the grass more than once.
Specially because the N300 has a lot of engine brake so you adjust your braking to that, and when you loose it you're in trouble.
