Well considering how Well this video was done and such percision of detail
I would definitely vote for it to be the best video YET !
I did not pay as much attention to the timing marks as this video said to....
now I wish I had as the bike will not run correctly and I attribute that to being out of time by one tooth.... He said to be careful of it but I ignored that.... (the bike would not hold any RPM above 6000 RPM other than that it runs great. )
I wish I hadn't as I have to tear it completely down ONE MORE TIME !
the attention he gave on this Model is priceless ! yes the laborious torquing is ridiculas take the screws down to snug first then torque in
sequence I say. I've done it that way all my life with no reason to stop.
taking 8 passes to put on the cam bearings is just a waste of time .
but he did indeed cover the timing better than ANYONE showing WHAT it looks like one tooth off for each cam is Priceless. and that is mainly what I need in this second go around !
..... personally I hope the cams are off.... because if not I have another problem that I cannot figure out.
.... ( i believe the intake cam is one tooth off as I made sure they were both level with the surface of the head.... the book is wrong there.... the intake must be slightly lower...... I think.
....
..
Bob....
