Mindfulness meditation
Mindfulness meditation has been all the rage in recent years and has promises of less stress and increased focus and attention span (which are important skills when riding a motorbike). I find it helps me maintain my attention when things like cold and fatigue distract me from my ride. That said, it's not an adequate substitute for taking a break and warming up when need be. Just a nice additional tool.
