I'm not saying it's for sure but I would not be happy to be that 1 in a 1000 that have that happen to my topcase while riding.
Yes, slolane, I know you bolted it. Wise decision otherwise. Althought since you have the sidecases mounted to the same apparatus, I'm sure you'd be more than safe.
