Got $100 and some minor tech skills? It's a few years old, but all the info you need to make an eye tracking setup is freely available here (easy to follow article), here (the actual project repository), and plenty of other places. Your worst problems would be comfortably and safely shoving it in or on a helmet.

If you want it to 'trickle down', you may have to open the tap first.
