That looks like you either don’t have the cap on properly or it’s not got a seal on the spring plate or Inside the cap. The alternative is a blown head gasket which would be bad, but the Leak should be from the expansion bottle, NOT the rad cap.

You know the cap has two positions right !? The cutouts dictate where the cap can be applied, then turn clockwise (righty tightly) the first step is like 1/8 of a turn, light pressure. The second step is another 1/8 (for a 1/4 turn in total) this second step has more resistance & sets the spring pressure on the pressure seat seal. I suspect you are only at step one !
