Ran into an issue with the cheapo frame sliders that came on the bike... the mounting hardware for the sliders was super rusted and nearly welded on the bike. Had to get creative to get them off. Now waiting on replacement OEM parts to remedy the problem.
The frame sliders that came installed on the bike used the side of the engine as support. I'm not an expert but it looks like a really bad idea.
