I was in the same market in the not so distant past and Competition Werkes seemed to be the best bet for me. I got it with some other parts and their customer service was great they emailed me a set of instructions the same day I emailed them... Now I just need to mount it haha.
You will have to do some cutting, but I'm pretty sure that's the curse of the Ninjette's molded fender.
