What is this rider doing to achieve nearly no chicken strips on the rear tire, yet massive chicken strips on the front tire?

Is it his riding position? Or is this normal on certain tires? (He also mentioned they were the same way on the stock IRC).

If it's his riding position, how is he leaning the bike over to have a huge disparity between front and rear?
