Without a doubt Honda has tremendous emotional brand awareness. How many people do you know who drive Honda cars/vans, have Honda generators, mowers, coffee makers...ok, not really coffee makers? This brand has awesome cross-over ability and I would say that you could ask any guy on the street and they would associate Honda with quality. Any new rider will have to consider this bike and might just find themselves walking into a Honda dealer first.

It is interesting to see how often Honda refers to the new 250 with this "global - one world" rhetoric. They could be right on with that but I bet this bike gets some good ol' fashioned American sex'ed up glossy gotta have it advertising in the US market.
