I use the abs plastic painted ones that Kawasaki conveniently wraps the bike in from the factory. No installation needed!
Seriously though, not sure sliders are really necessary. The 250 seems to crash well and sliders have a tendency to make wrecks worse by digging into things and flipping the bike as it slides.
