New members on this board have a message at the top of every ninjette page they see to check out the membership map and post their location, create a signature, avatar, & profile pic. That message doesn't go away until they've hit 10 posts, so those that have gotten farther than that and still haven't filled those things out have more than likely intentionally chosen not to do one or more of those things. None of 'em are mandatory, and I'm OK with that.
