Insurance would cover it completely, but I may not get them involved since it would be a strike against my record with them and with my driving record that could get me kicked off the plan. It's all cosmetic damage that I can fix myself for a small amount of $ this summer. Plus I get an excuse to add a cool decal to the fairings when all is said and done.
I may still involve them on monday. Their offices are closed today, and I have the argument that I went to work half an hour later so I didn't have the opportunity to call about it.
The way I see it, I involve insurance and get it all fixed for a slightly higher premium or I wait it out a bit and live with it until July/August swap the fairings and make it look badass.
