I would like a louder exhaust but not obnoxiously loud... I was thinking about picking up a yoshi r77 slip on.. But I keep thinking "is it worth it?"

I'm not looking for Performance so full exhaust and tunes do not interest me at all.. I plan on riding the 300 for a year or 2 and then purchasing a super sport, so I don't want to put a lot of money into this bike as of right now.. I love 300 the way it sits, just wish it had a more aggressive sound. I just want a better sound without losing power... Is it possible to not lose power after installing a yoshi r77 slip on with no other mods? If not, how bad/noticeable is the loss of power?
