If I were to replace my battery I'd buy a shorai, but if I was strapped for cash I'd get a yuasa. Hope this helps.

I think on the pregen you need to change your rectifier if you go Shorai, but this is something you should do anyway, and someone on the forum has an easy kit to do it.
