Any one who doesn't ride bike will tell you to put it away/sell it if anything ever happens no matter if its something small or large. If you have the passion to still ride do it. Most every lawyer will tell you to always fight any traffic violation. As long as you can hold your self up straight in the court room you are fine, most cops use the idea of being worried to bully your statements around and make you confess. Just have confidence.
