I just go to my Ace Hardware store. However, if you got into contact with a fastener company I'm sure they could get you the bolts you'd need for much cheaper than what you'd pay at a generic hardware store. The screws can get expensive at .40-$1 a piece from the hardware store. Still, it is SO worth the saved headaches from removing stripped phillips hardware.
