I didn't right when I started riding, but figured I give it a try, but then after a group ride and every time we stop I couldn't hear what other people were saying unless I took off my helmet and plugs. A pain in the butt, everybody is leaving and I'm still getting my helmet and gloves back on. From then on I haven't been wearing them, guess I should rethink it huH?
