With the e system i can't imagine the oil type matters too much as it is pump feed, the v system is gravity feed so temperature effects viscosity changing flow rate, the vacuum simply opens a valve that is normally spring retained closed, once the oil is on your chain the chain temp will always be between cold and warm wherever you are.
