You are going to need new needles to run without an airbox. Factory Pro, K&N etc.
Really? I've never heard this before. I know lots of the guys on N250RC just buy the jets and use the washers and they all get their jetting spot-on.

shim your needles and run 108's with stock exhaust..i have several threads on this bull ****...i i run 108's with a k&n and factory pro kit ( waste o money) washers do the same trick..full muzzy exhaust ..bull **** as well keep ur stock exhaust the intake is where the 250 is strangled
Yeah I do plan on keeping the stock exhaust, since I really value my centerstand . In my limited experience with jetting though, it's my understanding that if you have the bike WOT and it's pulling hard, that means that your main jet is probably correct. When I give it WOT it does pull hard. It feels like my problem is in the mid-range only, so I guess I'l mess around with 4 washers under each needle, then try it with only 2 washers since I'm still not sure if it's rich or lean.

Thanks for the help guys
