BIA= Brothers In Arm..
It's a crew skill that increase performance of a tank for 5% overall.
The tank/turret will traverse faster, accelerate faster, aim faster, reload quicker, view/radio range increase; all for 5%.
But it will only takes effect when all crew members of a particular tank have that skill at 100% training level.
For regular crew, the 2nd skill/perk would require much more XP to be trained to 100% on a regular crew, but for BIA crew, XR required is much less.
