Turns out internal tank filters are blocked and 1 has disintegrated, the reserve filter was toast, installed new 1's and found a bit of tank paint lacquer jammed in the float valve.
Think I will replace fuel tap to as thats 27 years old also and flushed the tank out to, runs fine now. Thanks yall.
