Assembly Instructions:
- Remove old valve stem
- Clean both valve body and valve stem hole on rim.
- Insert valve onto rim, taking care not to damage the gasket at the base of the valve stem.
- Attach the nut on the inside of the rim to the valve stem threaded body.
- Set valve stem torque to 7Nm to 10Nm. (5.1~7.3 ft-lb / 62~88 in-lb)

I suggest removing the tire completely, you'll need to torque them down properly.
