Well here is the question to you guys that have one. Is the hole centered or off centered when the screw cap is off looking into the tank? On this setup it is off center towards the front of the bike so it can only go on that way but mine has to be clocked to the right to have the bolt holes to line up therefore causing the hole to be slightly misaligned where it meets the entry of the tank.
