Fitness!
Post up what you did today to be physically fit.
Running, weight lifting, gym class, cycling, dieting, anything that moves your body toward a more chiseled form carved from marble likened to the body of physical perfection.
Today I ran just over six miles on the beach. Tomorrow I'm doing a free-weight exercise routine consisting of three sets, increasing repetitions -- usually takes just under an hour if I push it hard. Can't push too hard because inadequate rest time = early fatigue and incapable of completing the routine.
Being in good physical shape is like having cheat-codes for life. Everything you do is easier. Absolutely everything, from pulling a chair away from the table to sit, to brushing your teeth, to lifting a glass to your face, to bounding up a flight of stairs, absolutely everything.
Fitness = living life with the 'god-mode' cheat code turned on.
