I see you edited your first post to include the fact that it doesn't have a Title.

Not a problem for a track-only bike, and the price just got cut in half.

I almost bought a 300 with some damage and no Title for $1200 for a track bike. I believe it eventually sold for $900.

With a lot of damaged body panels and no Title it's not worth much to anyone unless it's going to the track, so you should be in a good position to negotiate.
