Yeah, it is. It's under the black shrink-wrap in the last pic of the OP.
If you look at the small black/grey cylinder connected to the blue wire in the next-to-last pic int he OP, that's one of the two diodes in the kit. The other is under the black electrical tape next to it.
They're very small, about the diameter of the wire Tri seems to have used, so they're easily overlooked.
