She believes that I am not ignoring her .

Right ear is dead and not going to get better. Left ear is below the level of normal in the low tones then drops down very low in the area of normal speech. Then picks up again. They said a hearing aid would be helpful and I should come back in a year or if anything changes.

Hearing aids are not going to work for me. First it's the 2000 dollars bit. I would rather not spend that sort of money. Second is the battery part. I just don't want to fool around chasing batteries and having to deal with the little toy and having it break or need cleaning or programing or what ever.

So that's it. Sign language is only good if someone else understands it. So it won't be a be much help in daily life. I am still going to learn it. And I need to protect the hearing I have now.

I guess the new exhaust on the race bike is not the best
