I actually though he was riding a little on the squirrely side when he started off, like I think I do when I start off on the supermoto track and haven't warmed up yet. In fact last time I was at the track, I crashed on about the 3rd lap, trying to push too hard, too early. Now that I think of it, I crashed because I downshifted and let out the clutch clumsily while entering a turn, and made the rear wheel skid a little, starting a tank slapper. Pretty similar, except I had the foresight to screw up on a track, rather than a road with a cliff next to it.
