I have been inspecting the pictures of this and attempting to come to some sort of idea on how to create it. the only problem is lack of tools necessary.
A couple observations:
1. use the stock and start a diagram
2. measure the distance from the frame mount to the mirror mounts.
3. measure the angle of the line from the top of the frame mount to the mirror mounts.
