Sept. was when Keigwins went under and Carters at the Track rose out of its ashes. Did that put an end to lawsuit? I guess I'll have to peruse the court docs and see.

Kim was also appealing judge's dismissal of lawsuits against Laguna Seca, SCRAMP, Monterey County, and Mazda. That would take another year or so.
