The only internal work was race cams and fresh piston rings. It also took about 6 hours to port and polish the head by hand but I never did bore it out.
For some reason I was remembering the 250r to make 39.4bhp, stock. I guess I was mis-remembering.
Anyways, thanks guys. It's good to feel like I'm finally getting back to my old tricks [2+ months] after the accident.
