I'm about to let you in on the secret to low track costs - get rid of organizations. They have too many expenses. At USAIR, you just come in with your bike, pay the lady and rip.
At USAIR they are open to the public on any day they don't event scheduled. It does make weekend dates a little harder to come by, but if you go there on a weekday you get the whole place to yourself. When people hear kart track they think of little 10 foot wide putt putt tracks. USAIR isn't like that. They are big enough to race cars there and several sports car clubs make visits. Here's a preview, from a few years back on a supermoto. (I wish I still had that bike)
