Well, I feel both badass for solving my problem , and REALLY STUPID for having this problem in the first place.
I'm redoing my jetting and was having some weird idle issues. Like idling irregularly at 3000 rpm weird. popping & flames on decel, poor throttle response off the line but fine up top, etc. Equally bad when hot and cold, but overall not something I've dealt with before. So I started doing some research and came to the conclusion that I had a vacuum leak. Great, I just put these hoses on!!!
I put my hose clamps on, and the problem persisted, worse even!!!
Ordered some new hose clamps, got the bike torn apart, and found this:

Turns out I had a baby leak before the clamps, then forgot to connect the hose to the bottom of my coasting enricher, and made the problem worse.
Now that everything is hooked up properly and has proper clampage, it's doing much better.
