I assume you have in-line filtre? So we can rule out carb-inlets as source of crud.

Which leaves carb-outlets as cause of issues. How large is vent for atmospheric pressure? It only needs to be only so large to pressurise float-bowls. If you've got giant 10mm vent, maybe constrict it down to 2-3mm?

This will prevent rapid petrol evaporation inside carbs themselves to prevent deposits and clogs.

Are you using PEA-based fuel-system cleaner in tank? Helps prevents petrol degradation and clog build-up. Darn, I'm starting to sound like one of those hair-product ad-verts!!
