I didn't realize that the 250 would let you start in 1st without clutch (granted I usually start in neutral so I wouldn't really know anyway)
edit: don't worry about any damage done riding without the clutch, it'll take a lot more than 1 day of clutchless riding to damage a straight transmission like the ones in our ninjettes
