That's a fairly interesting video Akima, in the UK I believe electric bikes all need to be assisted, so that they only work to contribute a certain percentage of the power at the wheel requiring you to pedal also, if they were manufactured before a certain date they can be fully electric, plus they are limited to something like half a HP which is about the same as a person. I am sure this would be classed as a moped.
