Dremel out slots in between the fins and stick the light bulb in the jug.... IE, the jug as the lamp shade. Put it on a crank or camshaft to a an old rotor or sprocket. Then spray it with battery acid and leave outside for a few weeks. Freeze the rust with a clear epoxy. It'll look like something from 20,000 leagues under the sea!
