I took some time today to get the rear wheel prepped for the adapter. Once I get the other wheel stripped down, I'll get them refinished. The goal is to have all of the bolt on parts ready to go when I get the bike out after the snow clears up!.

The guide for cutting

Cut

Trimmed the drum side

Rotor adapter bolted on

New shock

And my steering neck conversion bearings!
