You can lower footpegs with this procedure: https://faq.ninja250.org/wiki/Adding_lower_footpegs

Take seat to upholstery shoppe and they can add +2" of foam and re-cover seat.

But, taller seat will cause you to bend over more to reach bars. So you'll want to raise bars with some of these: http://www.powersportsfx.com/sa/cart...33F619FB382%7D
