Just talked with the guy @ http://www.jayarayamotor.com/ He quoted me 570$ for the ducati conversion kit (unpainted) not including shipping...not bad at all, the cutout process on their end may not be top notch but it can easily be filed/sanded down. I may have to purchase a kit from these guys, though shipping might be a pain i think a 250 looking like a Ducati would be insane!

Edit: Deciding to take the plunge and order the Ducati kit next week once my paycheck is in...Will take pictures once I have everything in hand, but it will be a while before i can save up enough to have it custom painted to my specs
