They're not completely non stop since we have to stop every 10 miles or so for a few minutes to eat and drink but I've done 3 100mile Trail Ultra marathons with my fastest in 22Hr and 51mins.
I've also completed 3 solo 24hr MTB races covering as much as 175 miles in the 24 hrs.
Stop making that odd face, doesn't everyone throw on a pair of running shoe and go through several counties over the biggest mountain they can find just for the fun of it
