When I had this issue, I had to pull the carbs and do a thorough cleaning using the wealth of information available here in ninjette.org. Long story short is that I got the carbs cleaned, re-installed, and sync'd as best I could. Bike runs very well now. However, cold start is an issue. I think I should have checked the choke lever action and plungers for issues. But once the bike starts and warms up, it runs very well.
