You realize that quote is 2 years old right? Ha, that's ok, your point remains true and I was thinking the same thing. I myself work as a diesel mechanic, but I do not do body work and certainly don't do custom work like this, so my knowledge and experience in this area is very limited. I removed the cowl and covers, and am already stuck until I figure out my next step.

I do really like that kit, but $1500 is a bit steep for me. I wish they would part it out, I would love to get that seat and rear end and the side covers, , and maybe the gauge cluster, but figure out the rest on my own.
