I tried the syringe and managed to pull out a bit over 200ml of oil from each fork. Not sure if pour the new oil as it is or to pull out the forks and turn them upside down. |
I just decided to replace my springs for now and this winter I figure Ill take the forks off and change the oil completely. I'd say it's up to you whether you want to just replace what you took out or take the forks off all the way and make sure you get it all. I guess the right way would be to do a good job but I was just trying to squeek by until the riding season is over here in Maine...
