Got all the parts coming in after researching. The N300 4.0" wheel is direct bolt-on, but if I'm going to get bumped into 250 Superbike for the upgrade, I might as well maximize it (along with Turbo and/or 2T engine). The swingarm on 650 is 13mm wider, so we have to remove 13mm from its wheel+spacer combo. Here's what I'm going to do:

- 17x4.5" 650 rear wheel + center spacer
- 650 cush-drive & sprocket
- 650 brake-disc

- N250R wheel-bearings
- N250R left spacer
- N250R inner-right spacer
- N250R brake-carrier

Process goes something like this:

- replace 650 bearings with N250R bearings
- mill 6.5mm off left-spacer
- mill 6.5mm off outside end of brake-carrier
- install

There may be some measurements I may be missing, such as sprocket/chain-offset on 650. So I'll compare when all pieces come in.
