Lets say that I am wrong though, he goes over to her. What is he going to do? He has no medical gear on him for treatment.

Yep, that rear wheel was inches over her head, I cant tell if he killed the engine or if it conked as it hit the ground, but the bike was in a position where it would have delayed any medical treatment & caused a problem for the medic stabilising her head as she was being rolled onto the spine board.
