So... a couple updates. I had a vehicle lock up their brakes in front of me on I-275 S Wednesday April 28th at approximately 5:45pm.

I started looking around for replacement parts since I don't have insurance. I eventually found and purchased a used cowl on eBay that it came off of a 2011 SE
