If the tank is being repaired, you should have them shave the fairing mounts at the same time.

Gonna find me some simple round tachometer and speedo,maybe find a way to get all the indicators into a small box in the middle. as for the rear cowl I'm still deciding to either build one from scratch or chop an existing cafe seat.
PS: the fairing mounts are definitely getting shaved and smoothed out.
