when i was hunting for cycle insurance and found progressive to be much cheaper than the nearest competitor, i was thrown abit when they quoted me nearly $600 bucks more than i was paying presently for my other 2 motor vehicles. (ford p/u and explorer)... 
...anyway, i'm paying just below $100.00 a year for hawaii's 'no fault' required liability insurance for my '2003 kawasaki EX250F, which i bought outright.
